Karl Sigler writes weird horror with an emphasis on the weird and surreal. He wears his influences on his sleeve with a major dash of David Lynch and Franz Kafka and a lot of love for Jorge Luis Borges and Gabriel Garcia Marquez. He often writes under the pseudonym K. Ungeheuer and recently published a collection of flash fiction under the title “The Cockroach of the Dada Movement: The Life And Selected Works Of K. Ungeheuer (1908-1988)”.
Karl was born and raised in Wilmington, DE but set roots in Atlanta, GA, where he lives with his wife, cat, and three-legged dog. He studied Literature and Semiotics at New York University, which did not prepare him in the least for his day job as a professional computer hacker.
